1. Passport: Original passport with a minimum validity of six months after the planned departure date and at least two blank pages for the visa stamp.

   c) If a visa application is denied, preference will be given to the details of the original letter from that country’s authorities.

3. Photo specifications: Two current passport photos with a matte or semi-matte finish, 60-80% face coverage, white background and no border (size: 35 x 45)

4. Cover letter: Cover letter with name, title, passport number, purpose and description of the applicant who is responsible for the total cost of the trip: travel, accommodation, expenses etc. Addressed to: the Visa Officer of the British Embassy in Dhaka.
5. Letter of invitation: (if applicable)
6. Return letter:
   a) Forwarding letter / NOC from the applicant’s corporate authority on the company’s letterhead stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of the visit.
   b) Visa application from the educational institute or student ID / proof of school enrollment (if student)
7. Proof of occupancy:
   a) Business Registration Certificate (notarized original translated into English and photocopy of the original) if the applicant is a first-time traveler or owner.
   b) Copy of the office ID and business cards.
8. Finances:
   a) Personal or business account statement for the last six months, clearly indicating the name of the bank and the bank’s telephone number.
   b) Pay slips for the past six months. (If any)
9. Hotel and Flight Reservation: Itinerary for ticket and hotel reservation.
