Responsibility for the catering staff:
- Weighing and measuring ingredients.
- Cleaning and arrangement of rooms, devices, tools and petrol stations.
- The following instructions will ensure proper serving temperature and proper portion control.
- Serves customers quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner.
- Escalation of customer problems and complaints to management.
- 2 years of experience in food.
- Prepare and submit reports
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Train staff in job duties essanitation and safety procedures
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
